BREAKING NEWS: “Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy” Coming To Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2019

Hey friends, looks like your favorite characters from Pixar’s Cars are heading to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for an all-new “up close experience”.

A new show for Disney’s Hollywood Studios was announced this morning, at a press conference following the Toy Story Land dedication ceremony. “Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy” will debut in the studios early 2019! Walt Disney Imagineering’s Kathy Mangum reveled the new show will include your favorite characters from the Pixar Cars franchise like Lightning McQueen, Mater and Cars 3 star Cruz Ramirez. The all-new “up close experience” will be located in Sunset Showcase near the highly popular Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster attraction.

If you just cant wait to see “Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy” next year, you can go see Cruz Ramirez now at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Cruz meets with racing fans at the end of Pixar Place from park open to park close! KA-CHOW!!
