This week, we cover the latest Disney Parks news, including:

🖤 Villains Land Coming to Magic Kingdom — Disney revealed major new details about the massive new Villains Land, including two major attractions: a Maleficent-themed coaster and a Magic Mirror dark ride. The land will be roughly the scale of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and include dining, shopping and immersive villain environments.

🏎️ Piston Peak Coming to Magic Kingdom — Disney announced two new Cars attractions: Miss Fritter’s Daredevil Spin-Along and Cars Ridge Run Rally, which will feature a new off-road-inspired ride system. The land will blend the Cars universe with Rocky Mountain and National Park theming.

🚢 Disney Cruise Line Announces Disney Believe — The new Wish-class ship launches in late 2027 with a Moana-inspired Grand Hall, Toy Story stern artwork and Tinker Bell bow artwork. Disney also announced a new three-ship class launching in 2029.

👁️ Monstropolis Coming to Hollywood Studios — Disney revealed more details about the new Monsters, Inc.land opening in 2027, including new entertainment, restaurants, shops and the story behind humans being welcomed into the monster world. The highly anticipated door coaster is also part of the project.

🚀 Disneyland’s Tomorrowland Getting Reimagined — Disneyland announced plans for a major transformation of Tomorrowland that will honor the original 1955 land while introducing new attractions, experiences and open spaces focused on optimism, innovation and the future.

🎠 Carousel of Progress Gets a Major Update — The classic Magic Kingdom attraction will receive a major update featuring new voices from Jamie Lee Curtis and Bryan Cranston, a new Audio-Animatronic Walt Disney and four updated time periods: 1969, 1985, 1999 and the future. The attraction is expected to reopen in late spring 2027.

🌺 Encanto Attraction Revealed for Animal Kingdom — Antonio’s Fiesta de Encanto will take guests into Casita for a magical journey featuring more than 50 animals and returning voice actors from the film. A new animal-themed carousel, El Carrusel de los Animalitos, will also be part of Tropical Americas.

🐍 Indiana Jones Comes to Animal Kingdom — Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent will take guests into an ancient Maya temple and the Maya Underworld, featuring Harrison Ford’s likeness, a giant serpent and plenty of classic Indiana Jones adventure.

🦁 The Lion King Land Coming to Disneyland Paris — Disney Adventure World is getting the first-ever immersive Lion King land, anchored by a major water attraction featuring a 120-foot Pride Rock and a 52-foot drop, along with dining, shopping and character experiences.
