So how did Disney create the amazing Spider… er, “web-slinger” candy apple? Magic, of course, along with super hero powers. This new apple has been dipped in rich caramel, covered in red sanding sugar and minutely detailed with chocolate to create the look of the mask.
It can be found at Candy Palace and Hunny Spot in Disneyland park; Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure park; and Marceline’s Confectionery in the Downtown Disney District. Don’t despair, East-coast crime fighters –Goofy’s Candy Company and Candy Cauldron in Disney Springs will be offering it soon as well.
What else? I’m glad you asked! If you haven’t had the chance to visit Super Hero HQ in Tomorrowland at Disneyland park to see all of the amazing new offerings, here’s one more reason to check it out!
